A walking, running, fitness trip through nature, Fitness Journeys - Through the Forest is ideal for use with Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair Steppers and Exercise Bikes. Through the Forest lets you stay in shape and turn exercising into a relaxing journey amidst the peace and quiet of nature. Get fit while enjoying leafy oaks, tall redwoods, Silver birch and pine trees, all accompanied by 3 tracks of forest birdsong. Through the Forest has three different 'journeys' to choose from, with all three carrying you forward through the trees and changing landscapes. Track 1 is a long walk through avenues of trees and tracks 2 and 3 let you jog, run or cycle through different woods and forests. All tracks repeat automatically allowing longer exercise sessions and a Play All function lets you play all 3 in turn. Track 1 - Forest Walk (approx. 5 mph) Track 2 - Evening Run (approx. 12 mph) Track 3 - Redwoods & Oaks (approx. 12 mph). Take a walk under shady trees with "Forest Walk" or a quick jog after work with "Evening Run". Enjoy different forests and woods with leafy Oaks, tall Redwoods, Silver Birch, pines, Beech, firs and lots more.
